By making a purchase from the Eclectic Origins you (I) agree to our non-refundable/no exchange policy; and you (II) release us from any claims related to items sold on this platform, including for defective items, assumed misrepresentations, or items that caused physical damage (like product liability claims).

IN NO EVENT SHALL ECLECTIC ORIGINS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNT PAID FOR SHIPPING. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
